Ramblings

Rebounding from Failure J.K. Rowling describes the period after her time in Portugal as being ‘rock bottom’. She goes on however, to say that rock bottom became a solid foundation on which she rebuilt her life. “Failure meant a stripping away of the inessential. I stopped pretending to myself that I was anything other than I was and began diverting all my energy into finishing the only work that mattered to me.”

Father, I come before You today with an open and humble heart, ready to receive all You have for me. Teach me to live a life that is pleasing to You so that I can be an example of Your love in the world around me in Jesus’ name. Amen

Father, I humbly come before You giving You my thoughts, my actions and my words. Help me to activate my faith by speaking Your Word daily. May my words and thoughts be pleasing to You always in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Father, we pray for all those dealing with illness. We pray for healing in Your mighty name, that they may be delivered from all that is coming against them. Please also give them comfort and strength as they fight their sickness. And give them the faith to know they can be healed. We ask this, in Jesus' name..........AMEN!

This is a quote from my son Robert: If the dream is really YOUR dream.. there's nothing...  NOTHING  .. that can stop you. If its someone elses dream for you and you're trying to make it yours... You dont stand a chance. Your dream will make you have a strong reason WHY you want to do it and if your WHY is strong enough.. you wont be stopped. Period. How big is big enough? How much money is enough money? How happy is HAPPY for you? You live your life and you have to settle for it. So keep in mind that you will be as happy as you want to be. Luckily youre living in America and you can change what your doing with ease and make your life exactly how you want it. Dont blame anything on your situation. I know its rough, I undertand that times are hard... BUT please understand this... Its been done before by someone with a worse situation than yours under harder times than you are going through with less confidence in their abilities than you have in yours. Bet I can
